Cancellation Fees

As you know, a reservation is binding. If a booked room or apartment cannot be rented out, or rented out only partially, after a cancellation, the following regulations apply: In case of non-use of contractual services, the guest is obligated to pay the following amount: When renting accommodation without meals (e.g., holiday apartments), 90% of the agreed price for the actual number of days not rented out. When renting accommodation with meals: incl. breakfast or incl. half board, 80% or 60%, respectively, of the agreed price for the actual number of days not rented out.
